i saw this article in TV and oso heard abt it..
i guess lots of ppl have seen cases solve by police officers and suspects punished for their wrong doing or as we tot so..

Elizabeth Short was born in Hyde Park, Massaschusetts. She was raised in Medford, by her mother, Phoebe Mae, after her father, Cleo Short, abandoned her and her four sisters in October 1930.
She's a normal gal who dream of making it big in hollywood.
Fame is all she wants.
And she did get in to hollywood..
In mid-january 1947(61years ago)
that time she was around 22years of age..
One night, she was with a middle-age man.. but after that night she was gone..
After a few days she was found..
Her body was cut in half and her mouth was cut from each side to her ear..
her blood was drained.
Lots of LAPD and other polices from other agencies was invlove in solving the cases.
up to 60 men and women admit killing Elizabeth, but none was caught because there wasnt enough evidence and the statements were fakes.
unitl now the case is still open and the murder havent been found, not even suspects was comfirm.
Elizabeth Short was murdered. BUT SHE DID get wat she wanted after her death, FAME. She was named BLACK DAHLIA.
